Surfers by Night Party Cruise will email a response to your booking enquiry confirming the availability of the date you have requested. When booking 10 or fewer tickets payment in full is due at time of booking. For group bookings of 11 or more a deposit of $10 per person is required at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit. A receipt and final confirmation email will be sent when full or deposit payment has been received. Tickets can be collected from Party Cruise staff when balance has been paid in full either from our office prior to your cruise or on the night of your cruise.
No refund on tickets, however cruise nights are exchangeable
Cheques accepted only if clearance is verified prior to the relevant cruise.

The right is reserved to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute tours and/or vary advertised programs, prices, and venues.
The right of admission is reserved and is subject to the Seller's entry to venues and may be refused if patrons are intoxicated.
GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through the site. Prices in this site include GST where applicable.
Where concessions are applicable, suitable and valid identification must be provided for collection of tickets and at the venue.
Party Cruise reserves the right to use any photos from the cruise as promotional material No food or drinks are to be brought on-board

Party Cruise is not responsible or to be held liable for any injuries to you, or damage to your property
VariationParty Cruise may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variation becomes effective on posting. By making a purchase through this site after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.
